This site is published by an authorised marketing partner for Codename Vybe in Vadgaon, Sinhagad Road, Pune. It is not the developer’s official site, and everything on it is for information only.
The source of each figure
Configurations, carpet areas, room sizes, unit numbers, plans, specifications and named amenities all come from the sales presentation the developer is currently using. It marks the plans as tentative and warns that areas and room sizes may be revised when column positions are settled.
Details of the developers’ other projects and of the Sinhagad Road area come from public sources such as MahaRERA listings and news reports, and carry a date where they appear. Nothing here is copied from an unverified listings portal.
The map marks the Vadgaon area, not the plot itself. Distances and drive times are left out because they depend on the exact site, which we share when you enquire.
Pictures
Every lifestyle and amenity picture is an artist’s impression supplied by the developer. It conveys the intended feel of the project, not a completed building.
MahaRERA
As of the date at the top of this page, Codename Vybe had no published MahaRERA registration number. We will add it here once it is issued.
Section 3 of the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 bars advertising, marketing, booking or selling a project that needs registration until registration is granted. This site makes no offer and invites no booking, allotment or payment. Before you pay anyone, check the registration yourself at maharera.maharashtra.gov.in.
The documents that count
Only the allotment letter and agreement for sale you sign with the developer, read with the relevant MahaRERA registration, govern a purchase.
