Privacy policy

The details we collect

Only the details you type into a form or the chat window reach us:

• A name, if you give one.
• Your mobile number, with the country code picked in the chat window.
• The kind of enquiry (such as “Price list” or “Site visit”) and any configuration you selected.
• The page you sent it from.
• Your IP address and browser user-agent, stored with the enquiry to help us spot abuse.

This site sets no cookies of its own.

What we use them for

Only to get back to you about Codename Vybe: answering questions, sending pricing and plans, and setting up a site visit. We never sell your details or use them for unrelated marketing.

Who receives them

An enquiry goes to:

• Our sales team, by email, plus a Google Sheet under our control.
• The developer and its MahaRERA-registered companies, if your enquiry or a booking requires it.

The Sheet and the notification email run on Google’s services, under Google’s terms. No one else receives your details.

About the chat window

The chat window belongs to this website, and your answers go wherever form enquiries go. No outside chat company is involved, and nothing is sent until you add your mobile number.

Measuring visits

Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager may be used here to count which pages are viewed, from which region and source, and on what type of device. That measures use of the site; it does not identify you. Your name, number and email are never sent to Google.

These tools set cookies, and Google handles your IP address under Google’s privacy terms. A tracker blocker, your browser’s cookie settings or Google’s opt-out add-on will block them, and the site keeps working if you do.

The map

The Google Maps frame stays unloaded until you choose to show it. Once it loads, Google may set cookies and see your IP address, under Google’s privacy terms.

How long we hold them

We keep an enquiry only as long as we need it for follow-up and for any legal record-keeping, then delete it. Ask us and we will delete it sooner.

Your choices

You may request a copy of the details we hold, have them corrected or deleted, or stop us contacting you. Email the address on the contact page and we will act on it.
