Who runs this site

An authorised marketing partner for Codename Vybe (Vadgaon, Sinhagad Road, Pune) runs this site. The developers publish their own websites separately.

A pre-launch project

Codename Vybe has not launched yet, and “Codename Vybe” is a working title. The plans, carpet areas, specifications and amenities shown here come from the developer’s working presentation, which calls the plans tentative and warns that carpet areas, saleable areas and room sizes may shift once column positions are final.

There is no published price list. Treat nothing here as a final or sanctioned specification.

Nothing here is an offer

No content on this site is an offer, an invitation to make one, or a contract. Sending an enquiry does not book, reserve or allot anything.

A purchase is governed only by the allotment letter and agreement for sale you sign with the developer, and by the MahaRERA registration for the phase you buy in. If this site and those documents disagree, the documents prevail.

Prices, areas and availability

A price given to you during an enquiry is indicative. Unless stated otherwise it excludes GST, stamp duty, registration fees, maintenance and other government levies, and it can change without notice.

All areas are carpet areas as the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 defines them, subject to the tolerances and measurements in the agreement for sale. No home is guaranteed to be available at a quoted price or on terms mentioned in conversation.

Pictures and plans

Lifestyle and amenity pictures are artist’s impressions taken from the developer’s presentation. Plans and cut sections are indicative, not drawn to scale, and depend on approval by the sanctioning authorities. Furniture drawn on a plan is there to show scale and does not come with the home.

Being contacted

When you send an enquiry, our team may call, text, WhatsApp or email you about this project, even if your number is on the National Do Not Call Registry. Email the address on the contact page whenever you want that to stop.

Other services on the site

The home and location pages can show a Google Maps frame if you ask for it. Google runs that service under its own terms and privacy policy.

Ownership of content

Project names, marks, logos, plans and pictures belong to their owners and appear here to market this project. The rest of the site’s text and design cannot be reproduced without our written permission.

Liability

The site is offered “as is”. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for loss caused by relying on what is published here. These terms do not reduce any right you hold under the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 or the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Applicable law

Indian law governs these terms, and the courts in Pune, Maharashtra have jurisdiction.
