Plan questions

Which 3 BHK layout is the biggest?

Type 2-A, 1,285 sq ft carpet. Its living room runs 18′6″, its dining area 12′0″, and two of its bedrooms have walk-in wardrobes. Every unit ending in 03, from 103 to 1103, is this plan.

How can I tell a layout from its unit number?

Read the final two digits: 01 means Type 2 at 1,215 sq ft, 02 Type 2 at 1,244 sq ft, 03 Type 2-A at 1,285 sq ft, 04 Type 2-B at 1,198 sq ft, and 05 Type 1 at 1,121 sq ft. Units 204 and 704 break the rule: they are the 4 BHKs.

Could the carpet areas still change?

They can shift a little. The drawings are marked tentative, and areas and room sizes may be adjusted when the columns are finally placed. Rely on the numbers in your registered agreement for sale.
